Diane is a qualified Duty Solicitor and Solicitor Advocate.

She has been practising criminal law for over 15 years, and during that time she has developed an extensive understanding of the legal process and the court system.  She is highly experienced in advising clients on the best legal strategy for their cases, as well as representing them in court.

Diane has a wide-ranging practice that covers all aspects of criminal law, from first appearances and bail applications to trials and appeals. She works with clients to ensure that they have the best representation possible and takes a professional approach when presenting their case.  Diane is also qualified to provide advice on police station interviews under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE).

She regularly represents clients in the Magistrates and Crown Courts. She has experience in acting in Murder, Fraud, Rape and other violent cases.
